The french food cooking class is a celebration of cuisine that we know and love. You’ll learn just how simple it is to make small pots of baked camembert with apples and Almond and Crusty French Bread. A main course of Stuffed Pork Fillets with Bacon and Apple Wine Sauce. Sides of Gratin Dauphinoise with a Wild Mushroom Salad. To end this festival of French cuisine, we’ll make a Creme Brulee.
