We’ll be making Lebanese bread with home made Hummus with samna & pine nuts, Smoked aubergine dip with tahini & parsley, Chicken shawarmas with all the trimmings.  PLUS Turmeric potatoes with chillies, lime & coriander.
Traditional sweet cheese Konaafa dessert with lemon syrup will complete the tantalising night of cooking.

Best of all, you get to try them and take the recipes home!

A welcome drink is provided on arrival.
