Hi Ladies,

Just had to write this and say how much I enjoyed the lesson with Margy over the past five weeks.

Her professionalism is remarkable gained by many years of constantly improving her range and ability and this has been passed on in only small quantities I may say as there is so much more Margy can teach me. I am full of enthusiasm to practice what I have been taught and take on board the valuable criticism so honestly and deservedly given when needed. I cannot express how much enjoyment I had in those lessons and to come home and practice them and then take some of the “homework” back to the “teacher” is the best way to learn. I thank Margy from the bottom of my heart for her diligence and patience in trying to make me a better cook. I do believe that I have new found confidence to try other meals thanks to her.

And to Sophie, a sincere thank you for cutting and dicing for me when needed and you are a truly lovely person born out by the way you relate to the young ones when they come and cook at break. Thank you Sophie for being ‘YOU”. 

Hopefully I will come back for more in the new year as there is still so much more to master.

Gaynor & Margy good afternoon,

I would like to extend our sincere thanks to you and your team for the excellent catering service provided during our sales conference last week.

From Tuesday to Friday, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and there was always more than enough for everyone. 

Our attendees thoroughly enjoyed both the main meals and desserts each day.

We appreciate your punctuality, attention to detail, and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Hi Margie and Gaynor,

Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed the four cooking lessons with Margie and the enjoyment I got from her tutorage and guidance. I feel I learnt a lot and expanded my horizons which was the object of the exercise.

I did thank Margie yesterday but felt I had to put it into words as well. Gaynor, thank you for organizing and pointing me in the right direction in the early stages of our discussions and just a pity that I did not meet with you. One day,, hopefully I will.

I look forward to another series later in the year and await the suggestions for another four week adventure into the unknown but am sure at the end I will be enriched like this time around.
