What’s on the menu?
We’ll be cooking Sherry & Mushroom soup with cheese straws, Turkey Breast stuffed with Apricots and Bacon, Pumpkin Sticks with Cumin, Potatoes Ala Christmas (Blue cheese and Mascarpone), Brussel Sprouts with creamy Mustard sauce, Vegetarian option: Festive Butternut and Stilton Pie. For dessert – Layered Cheese with Nuts and Preserves.
