I would please like to request that you make me site administrator for our WordPress based website.

We are looking to update our services and give the website a face-lift and are unable to do so as you did not transfer full administration of the site to us. The website nor the WordPress have been updated for several years now.

This is highly frustrating and I ask that you could please do this ASAP.
