Tasty taco cooking class. Learn to make all your favourites in this hands on taco cooking class. Gain practical knowledge of techniques like making tortillas from scratch, how to warm them correctly and learn about protein preparation techniques as well as balancing flavours and textures.
Tacos we’ll be making:
Chipotle chicken, Spiced pork & pineapple, Chorizo, cauliflower & chickpea as well as Chimichurri steak tacos
Salsas to go with them:
Lime & coriander crema and a Smokey roasted chilli salsa.
To finish it all off, how about a Caramel Custard
