On the light side cooking course. Wow your tastebuds! Come and learn how to make some fabulous light meals on our four week course. We’ll be making dishes such as Roast butternut and barley salad, Thai green curry, Ostrich steak with red onion marmalade, Basil Paprika Chicken fillets and Nutty herb trout fillets. Other dishes will complete the tantalising mornings of cooking.
