Types of sushi we’ll be making include,
Nigiri – Assortment Tuna, Salmon and prawns on top of rectangular mounds of rice
Californian Rolls- Tuna, salmon, crab or prawn with avocado and cucumber inside rice and sesame seed outside.
Hand Rolls – Seaweed (ice cream cone shape) Choice of tuna, salmon, prawns or crabsticks with avocado.
Maki Rolls- Seaweed on the outside and a single filling inside of tuna, cucumber, avocado or salmon with rice.
After you’ve cooked yourself a banquet, you’ll sit down in our beautiful kitchen to eat and then home with your recipes.
