Christmas Canapes & Cocktails Class –  Get the season off to a great start!  Our Chefs will guide you through crafting exquisite canapés that perfectly pair with tantalizing cocktails.  This is bound to be a class with loads of laughs, loads of fun as well as an interactive taste experience.

We’ll be making Parmesan biscuits piped with stilton creme topped with caramelized red onion marmalade, Smoked salmon / trout blinis with crème fraiche & cods roe, OR  Layered Brie Cheese with Nuts, Ginger and Green Figs (would make a statement), Phyllo Baskets filled with coronation chicken or butternut and feta with an orange dressing, Mini desserts; lemon pots, Tiramisu & “cheats” chocolate mousse, mini Brownies dipped in chocolate.
