Bread Making Classes. Come and learn how to make wonderful bread, 4 classes over 4 weeks on a Friday, all in a fun environment. 

Our bread Classes are a celebration of the delight of making your own bread.

You’ll learn just how simple it is to make different varieties of bread. 

Class 1
Butternut, Thyme and Feta Bread, Easy Bread Rolls

Class 2
Onion Focaccia, Tarte Tatin Share and tear, Buttermilk Bread

Class 3
Brioche – served with brie, pear and mustard vinaigrette, Savour Swirly (brioche Dough) Cheddar and Spring Onions

Class 4
Sourdough Bread, Ciabatta

Best of all, you get to try all the dishes and take the recipes home!

This is a fun class whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete beginner.  We’ll also be giving you tips and tricks to make the perfect bread.
