Winter Warmers Cooking Course. Come and learn how to make perfect perfect winter food in a fun environment.  

The authentic winter warmers cooking course is a celebration of levelled up delicious winter comfort food.  You’ll learn just how simple it is to make your own authentic dishes.  We are offering a four or five week one day a wekk course for you.

Best of all, you get to take the food home!

This is a fun class whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete beginner.  We’ll also be giving you tips and tricks to make the perfect dishes.

Week One
Baked Camembert with spicy pear and chilli topping
Chicken and chorizo casserole
Mini Bread and Butter pudding with marmalade topping

Week Two
Tarragon Chicken soup with cheese straws or garlic croutons
Winter beef casserole with zest of orange and mashed potatoes
Sticky toffee pudding

Week Three
Broccoli soup with Italian blue cheese toast
French roast chicken with Tartiflette potatoes
Crepe Suzette

Week Four
Chickpea soup with basil meat balls
Pork Belly roasted on a of bed fennel and herb
Warm apple pie with home made vanilla custard

Prawns in coconut and chilli sauce, sprinkled with curry leaves
Banana and Chocolate spring rolls
